Text can be added in parts due to the presence
of the <tspan> tag. This requires that each
subsequent piece of text is appended rather than
overwriting the previous one.
A numerically motivated limit on the matrix determinant
set at 1e-6 was not sufficient. The limit has been increased
by checkoing whether 1/det is still a number.
An uint8_t version of the lerp function
is introduced to handle cases where
the interpolation factor t exceeds 1, which
previously caused overflow issues due to casting.
Due to the lack of an analytical solution for Bezier
curves offsetting, a simple and computationally cheap
approximation has been implemented. The algorithm shifts
the segments connecting control points and determines
new points based on their intersections.

For Bezier curves, we typically use 't' as a parameter
within the 0-1 range, while 'at' is used for the parameter
scaled by the curve's length. In one of the functions,
an incorrect name was used, which could be confusing.
No logical changes.
The epsilon value currently used for the precision
of Beziers calculations is sufficient for comparing
curve lengths. However, for the parameter t, which
ranges from 0 to 1, an accuracy of 1% can introduce
errors.
The solution is to increase the precision for the t
parameter while keeping the rest of the calculations
at the previously used epsilon value.

This function computes a unique identifier value based on the provided string.
You can use this to assign a unique ID to the Paint object.
Experimental APIs:
- uint32_t Accessorr::id(const char* name)
- uint32_t tvg_accessor_id(const char* name)
In the function calculating the tangent to a cubic bezier
at a given t, the atan was calculated using dx over dy,
instead of dy over dx. The error was visible during
the animation using auto-orient = true.
Rather than aiming for extremely high accuracy,
a compromise can achieve with better performance.
This modification helps prevent unnecessary image rotation.

Implementation of the roundness property
for a polystar. Only the corners that were
not subject to rounding by the inner or
outer roundness parameters are affected.

The string passed to the svg parser is not guaranteed to always be a valid string.
Certain strings may have numbers that cannot be converted.
Therefore, make sure to check whether the converted value is in the appropriate range before returning.

Dashed curves require greater precision in calculating
their lengths and while splitting Bezier curves.
Otherwise, it results in visual discrepancies compared
to the expected outcomes.

Some systems such as micro-processor might not support
the thread feature on the system.
Enhance the portability by compiling the thorvg with toggling the
threading depepdency through the build option.
For this, thorvg newly introduced the internal Key/ScopedLock abstraction
for transparent thread-locking dependnecy.
To turn off the thread feature, please use the next build option:
$meson setup build -Dthreads=false ...
Note that, the thread feature is enabled in default.
Turning off the thread feature could reduce the binary size by 7kb.

ttf is an industry standard format that is the most widely used
in the products. Now thorvg supports the basic features of
the font to supplement the text drawing.
The implementation is followed the ttf spec,
the covered features are:
- horizontal layouting with kerning.
- utf8 -> utf32 converted glyph drawing.
To use the feature, please enable ttf loader:
$meson -Dloaders="ttf_beta, ..."

The loader cache is applied to conserve memory.
If the input data is already present in loaders,
the loader cache will promptly return the active loader.
This results in a lot of memory savings for the duplicated resources.
