[issues 1479: lottie](#1479)

To optimize bled operations hardware pipeline blend stage are used for some blend methods:
	BlendMethod::SrcOver
    BlendMethod::Normal
    BlendMethod::Add
    BlendMethod::Multiply
    BlendMethod::Darken
    BlendMethod::Lighten

Other types compute shaders used
