8ec3c841f6 lottie/expressions: add temporalWiggle() support
usage) temporalWiggle(freq, amp, octaves=1, amp_mult=.5, t=time)

Samples the property at a wiggled time. The freq value is the frequency
in wiggles per second, amp is the amplitude in units of the property
to which it is applied, octaves is the number of octaves of noise
to add together, amp_mult is the amount that amp is multiplied by
for each octave, and t is the base start time. For this function
to be meaningful, the property it samples must be animated,
because the function alters only the time of sampling, not the value.

Note: need to verify this with a practical samples.

5de098f128 lottie: suppport writable expressions
This function sets the value of a specified expression variable within a particular layer.
It is useful for dynamically changing the properties of a layer at runtime.

Experimental API
- Result LottieAnimation::assign(const char* layer, uint32_t ix, const char* variable, float value)
- Tvg_Result tvg_lottie_animation_assign(Tvg_Animation* animation, const char* layer, uint32_t ix, const char* var, float val)

02a28bf9c3 lottie/slot: fix image deep copy logic
When the datas are copied with deep copy, memory issue caused (SEGV on unknown address) due to these reasons:

1. `mimeType` is nullptr when it's not embedded(base64) data

2. datas(b64Data, mimeType) should not be clear, it's used for next slot copy in same pair.

b77f3ca024 common: introduced designated memory allocators
Support the bindings to be more integrable with a system's coherent memory management.

Pleaes note that thorvg now only allow the desinated memory allocators here:
malloc -> tvg::malloc
calloc -> tvg::calloc
realloc -> tvg::realloc
free -> tvg::free

78cfc33f4c lottie: support frame tweening feature
frame tweening allows user to interpolate two frames
over a speicified duration. This Tweening functionality
can be particularly powerful when combined with state-based
(a.k.a. Marker) animation playback in Lottie.

For example, apps support state machine based animations,
where the transition sequences between states are not linear
and can occur in highly irregular directions.

Experimental APIs:
- Result LottieAnimation::tween(float from, float to, float progress)
- Tvg_Result tvg_lottie_animation_tween(Tvg_Animation* animation, float from, float to, float progress)

dfd7693158 lottie: offset does not depend on shape direction
According to tests in AE, the offset direction should
not depend on the direction of the shape. A positive
offset value expands the shape, while a negative value
contracts it. Fixed.

4fda695c3c lottie/expressions: Improve safety
- Prevent expression processing if a property fails to parse.
- Fixed an incorrect usage of JerryScript.

This is a hotfix to address expression-related crashes.

87d85047aa lottie: add offsetPath support
Due to the lack of an analytical solution for Bezier
curves offsetting, a simple and computationally cheap
approximation has been implemented. The algorithm shifts
the segments connecting control points and determines
new points based on their intersections.

the custom atan2 algorithm by Remez.

Total atan2 performance time was reduced by 43%

3a8ef78a36 lottie: fix interpolation issue
Handled the case of different numbers
of points in consecutive frames. This
case can occur due to erroneous data
or as a consequence of changing the path
from closed to open and vice versa.
